These terms cover the AI Website Critic, a tool operated by TriqFlow Results of Nairobi, Kenya. Using it means you accept them. They are short on purpose.
What the tool does
You give us a website address. We request that site the way any visitor or search crawler would, score what comes back against ten checks, and show you the result. The free check answers one of three questions using your raw HTML. The full audit loads the site in a real browser and answers all three.
We only read
Every check is read-only. We request public pages. We never log in, never submit a form, never write, never change and never delete anything on the site being checked. Running this tool cannot alter your website.
What the score is, and is not
The score is our honest opinion, generated by an automated engine, of how well a site performs against ten checks at the moment it was run. It is a diagnostic, not a guarantee.
- A good score is not a promise of traffic, rankings, AI citations, leads or sales.
- A poor score is not a claim that a site is worthless or that whoever built it did a bad job.
- Scores change as your site changes, and as the engine improves.
- The free check scores four of ten categories. It is labelled to say so, and it does not claim to be a verdict on your whole site.
Act on the findings with judgement, and get a professional opinion before making expensive changes.
Using it fairly
You agree not to:
- use the tool to attack, overload or disrupt any website, including your own
- work around the rate limits, or automate bulk submissions
- submit addresses on internal networks or private infrastructure. The tool refuses these anyway
- resell or rebrand the output as your own product without a written agreement with us
- submit anyone else's personal data, including an email address that is not yours
We apply rate limits so the tool stays available. If use looks abusive we may block it without warning.
Scanning sites you do not own
You may check any publicly reachable website. We only retrieve what any visitor could already see. You are responsible for making sure your use of the results is lawful and honest, particularly if you are showing someone else's score to a third party.
Paid work
Prices shown on the site are in United States dollars. Any other currency shown is a convenience conversion at the mid-market rate on the day, is indicative only, and is not a quote. The amount payable is the dollar amount unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Paid audits and done-for-you work are quoted and confirmed separately. Nothing on the pricing section is an offer capable of acceptance until we have confirmed scope in writing. We may change prices at any time, and a change never applies to work already agreed.
Availability
This is a free tool. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
Our liability
To the fullest extent Kenyan law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this tool or from decisions you make on the strength of a score. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the work in question, which for the free check is nothing.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
